Mrs. Kashanian finishing a half marathon with Ms. Gunn and Mrs. Carvalho

One of my hobbies is running. I have run various 5k's, 10k's, and a half marathon.

Getting to know Mrs. Kashanian

My seventh year teaching, I graduated from Cal Poly SLO in spring of 2007, with my BS in Social Sciences and a minor in English. I then earned my single-subject teaching credential in Social Science at San Jose State University in 2008. I did my student teaching at Independence High School in San Jose and have taught summer school at Downtown College Prep, also in San Jose. I currently teach Civics, Economics, Freshmen Foundations, work as the Yearbook advisor, and am part of the school's Planning Team.

Please feel free to contact me through school loop with any questions!
